- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened & cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then add shredded chicken and buffalo sauce; cook until heated through.
- Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons of Monterey Jack cheese until blended.
- Top with remaining Monterey Jack cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
