Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pie crust
  • Sour cream
  • Egg yolks
  • Sugar
  • Cherry pie filling
  • Blueberry pie filling
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Roll out one pie crust into a 9” pie plate, then roll out the second for decoration.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend sour cream, 2 egg yolks, and sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the bottom crust.
  3. Layer cherry pie filling over two-thirds of the cream mixture, followed by blueberry pie filling on the remaining third.
  4. Decorate with shapes cut from the second crust. Mix the remaining egg yolk with milk and brush over the crust.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes on a baking sheet until golden brown. Cool for one hour before slicing.
