Ingredients
- 4 croissants, halved
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- Optional: cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with Caesar dressing and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- On the bottom half of each croissant, layer chopped romaine lettuce.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the romaine evenly and add sliced cherry tomatoes if desired.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately.
