Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook for another minute before stirring in spinach until wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Layer the chopped chicken at the bottom of the dish. Top with the sautéed vegetables.
- Pour heavy cream over the layers and sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
