Instructions

  2. Whisk together 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon grated ginger in a mixing bowl to create the teriyaki sauce.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chicken, cooking until browned.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water to create a slurry; add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce.
