- 6–8 small or medium apples
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 1/2 cup candy (like mini M&M's)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the apples.
- Insert a wooden stick into each apple.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring at intervals.
- Dip each apple into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle toppings over the wet chocolate immediately.
- Place apples on the baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes until set.
