  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup turkey bacon bits (divided)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until fragrant. Let cool and chop coarsely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder; mix until combined. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup turkey bacon bits.
  3. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
  4. Shape chilled mixture into a ball using your hands. On a plate, combine remaining turkey bacon bits, chopped pecans, and parsley; roll the cheese ball in this mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
