- 3 cups pasta
- 2 chicken breasts (shredded)
- 5 ounces spinach
- 3–4 tbsp creamy roasted garlic dressing (or dressing of your choice)
- Optional: chili flakes for topping
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- Prepare chicken by grilling, boiling, or baking until fully cooked; then shred and set aside.
- Prepare an ice water bowl. After draining the pasta, transfer it immediately into the ice water to stop cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, shredded chicken, drained pasta, and creamy roasted garlic dressing; toss well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors. Top with optional chili flakes if desired.
