Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then form into four equal patties.
- Butter the cut sides of the hamburger buns and toast them in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, adding a pinch of salt while cooking.
- Assemble your burger: place a patty on the bottom bun, add pickles, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, and lettuce, then spread mayonnaise on the top bun before closing.
