Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt half of the butter. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained linguine into the skillet with the sauce; toss well to coat evenly.
- Nestle sliced chicken on top of the pasta mixture in serving bowls and enjoy warm.
