  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (150g)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30ml)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Gather tools: mixing bowl, fork or potato masher.
  2. Peel and pit the avocados. Mash them in the mixing bowl until creamy yet chunky.
  3. Add crumbled feta, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until well combined.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture for added richness.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
