- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/4 sliced red onion

- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 8 ounces chopped turkey bacon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons allulose (or another sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and slice the red onion thinly.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, onion, pecans, cheddar cheese, sunflower seeds, and turkey bacon; toss to mix.
- In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, allulose, dijon mustard, and salt until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the salad base and gently mix to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
