- 3 cups cooked spaghetti squash

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti squash, eggs, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Gently fold in shredded mozzarella.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with grated parmesan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
