- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts
- 10 oz Frozen Chopped Spinach
- 1 cup Assorted Crackers
- 1 cup Veggie Sticks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, dried basil, artichoke hearts, and thawed spinach until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving with assorted crackers or veggie sticks.
