Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and top with minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Mix in fresh basil before serving over your preferred side.
