Instructions
- Slice cucumbers and radishes thinly using a knife or mandoline.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, radishes, green onions, dill, and dressing. Stir gently to mix.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley before serving.
