Ingredients
- 12 medium to large strawberries
- 12 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut them in half lengthwise, keeping the stems if desired.
- Score a triangle shape in the center of each half and remove some of the flesh using a small spoon to create space for the filling.
- Drain the strawberry halves cut side down on paper towels for a few minutes before arranging them on a platter.
- In a large bowl, mix together whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and fill each strawberry half generously.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles before serving immediately.
