Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Mix in Cajun seasoning, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another minute.
- Add rice to the skillet; stir to coat.
- Pour chicken broth into the mixture; bring to a boil.
- Cover tightly; reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
