Ingredients
- 600 g fresh strawberries
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 200 g pistachio cream
- 100 g kataifi
- 30 g butter
- Slivered pistachios (for topping)
Instructions
- Wash and halve the strawberries, placing them face up in a shallow bowl.
- Cut the kataifi into short lengths and prepare a small knob of butter.
- Toast the kataifi in a frying pan until golden brown; mix with pistachio cream while warm.
- Melt the milk chocolate carefully over low heat until glossy.
- In medium glass cups, layer the strawberries, followed by the pistachio-kataifi mixture, and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Repeat layers and finish with slivered pistachios on top. Chill briefly before serving.
