Instructions
- Prepare the watermelon by cutting it into small cubes if not already diced. Place the diced watermelon in a blender or food processor.
- Add fresh lime juice to the blender with the watermelon and blend on high speed until completely smooth. If desired, add a small pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor.
- Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover it properly. Freeze for about 5 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping into bowls or cones.
