Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups boiled water
- 2–3 oz packages of Vegan gelatin (Cherry flavor)
- 2–3 oz packages of Vegan gelatin (Berry Blue flavor)
- 1 package of unflavored Vegan gelatin
- 1 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a small saucepan until rolling.
- Mix the boiling water with the blue Vegan gelatin until dissolved, cool slightly, then pour into a serving dish.
- Repeat with the red Vegan gelatin using remaining boiling water; let cool before adding to the dish.
- For the white layer, combine milk and unflavored Vegan gelatin; heat the rest of the milk until simmering. Stir in sugar and vanilla until dissolved, mix with the gelatin mixture, and let cool.
- Layer the cooled white mixture over the blue layer followed by the red once each has set. Top with maraschino cherries.
