Instructions

- Bake on parchment-lined sheets until edges are set; cool completely.
- Make royal icing, dividing it into three portions: leave one white, tint one red, and one blue.
- Fit decorating bags with icing colors and prepare sprinkles.
- Pipe outlines on cookies, fill with icing, and sprinkle immediately.
- Let cookies dry overnight before serving.
