Instructions

- Stir in flour and baking powder until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed within the batter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, filling it about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 70 minutes (for a large loaf) or 35 minutes (for mini loaves), checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
