Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping (defrosted)
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
Instructions
- For the crust, crush graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar and crumbs until combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into a 9” pie pan and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and key lime juice until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate overnight or freeze if desired.
- Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
