Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon (cubed, about 1-inch)
- 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (torn)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes to yield approximately 4 cups.
- Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces until you have around 1 cup.
- Assemble the skewers by threading a cube of watermelon followed by a piece of feta cheese and a mint leaf. Repeat until filled, leaving space at both ends.
- Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
