  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (chopped)
  • 10 tortillas (for cinnamon sugar chips)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Coconut oil cooking spray (or melted butter)

Instructions

  1. Chop all fruits into small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and honey; pour over fruit and toss gently.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate while preparing cinnamon chips.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; spray tortillas with cooking spray.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides of tortillas, cut into triangles.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy; cool before serving.
