Instructions
- Dice strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, and optional apple. Combine these fruits with blueberries and chopped mint in a large bowl.
- Add honey and lime juice; gently toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while preparing the chips.
- Cut flour tortillas into triangles and brush each with melted butter.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl; sprinkle over tortilla triangles.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving alongside the chilled fruit salsa.
