- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, prepare tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce for dipping.
