  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice
  • Juice of 1 blood orange
  • 1 tsp smoked garlic granules

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into 12 square pieces and press to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the juice of the blood orange, maple syrup, soy sauce, Cajun spice, and smoked garlic granules to create the marinade.
  3. Place the tofu pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  4. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before grilling.
  5. Preheat a griddle pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Thread four marinated tofu pieces onto each skewer.
  6. Cook skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and sticky.
