- 3/4 – 1 whole pineapple (sliced into 1 inch spears)

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Place pineapple spears on the grill and cook for about 5-10 minutes, turning once halfway through until warm and marked with grill lines.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pineapple, red onion, cilantro, fresno pepper, lime juice, and olive oil. Toss gently until well mixed.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving to allow flavors to meld.
