Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped, plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry, brush both sides with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, heavy cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped dill until smooth.
- Marinate the salmon in half of the sauce for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes; flip gently and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with remaining sauce drizzled on top and garnish with extra dill.
