- 8 oz pasta (any shape you prefer)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers and cucumbers
- 1 cup diced turkey slices
- 1 cup turkey pepperoni (sliced)
- 1 cup creamy Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- While the pasta cooks, chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and dice the turkey slices if needed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables, turkey slices, and turkey pepperoni.
- Pour the creamy Italian dressing over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss gently until everything is well coated. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
