Ingredients
- 5 cups spiral pasta
- 18 oz imitation crab (chopped)
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup green pepper (finely diced)
- 1/3 cup onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the spiral pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While the pasta cooks, chop the celery, green pepper, onion, and parsley.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and dill; stir until well blended.
- Once the pasta has cooled, add it to a large mixing bowl along with the imitation crab, chopped vegetables, and dressing mixture. Toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving chilled.
