Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy crust.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and generously spread the mayo mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the topping is golden brown.
- Let rest for a minute before serving; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
