Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, garlic, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Lay sourdough slices on the baking sheet; spoon shrimp mixture onto each slice.
- Top generously with panko breadcrumbs for added crunch.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are cooked through and tops are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; garnish with extra green onions if desired.
