- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
