- 1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate chunks.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden; centers should look soft.
- Cool on baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
