Ingredients
- 1 cup Pistachio Cream (or almond butter/hazelnut spread)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
- 1 package Croissant Dough (store-bought)
- 1 large Egg (whisked with a splash of water)
- 2 oz White Chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll croissant dough on a clean surface.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pistachio cream at the wider end of each triangle and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Roll up each triangle from the wider end to the pointy end and tuck in edges.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and apply egg wash over each roll.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
