  2. Add both sugars and mix well for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs, mixing until smooth.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix until dough forms; fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop dough into balls (about 140 grams each) and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours or freeze for up to an hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Space the cookie dough balls on sheets and bake for 12-16 minutes. Cool before serving.
