Instructions

- In a shallow dish, combine almond flour with additional salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken tenderloin thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders in small batches until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160ºF).
