  • 2 medium jalapeños (diced)

Instructions

  1. Wash all produce thoroughly. Dice tomatoes and sweet onion, chop jalapeños (removing seeds if desired), peel and chop mango, and mince garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, mix diced tomatoes, sweet onion, jalapeños, minced garlic, chopped mango, lime juice, cilantro, and oregano.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, stirring gently to combine.
