- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 1/2 cup sweet onion (diced)
- 2 medium jalapeños (diced)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 medium mango (peeled and chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt, pepper, and sugar to taste
Instructions
- Wash all produce thoroughly. Dice tomatoes and sweet onion, chop jalapeños (removing seeds if desired), peel and chop mango, and mince garlic.
- In a large bowl, mix diced tomatoes, sweet onion, jalapeños, minced garlic, chopped mango, lime juice, cilantro, and oregano.
- Season with salt, pepper, and sugar to taste, stirring gently to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for about 30 minutes to enhance flavors.
