- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with muffin liners.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and desired fillings.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups until about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
