Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
