Ingredients
- 3 cups vanilla wafers
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 ¼ cups creamy peanut butter
- ¾ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the vanilla wafers in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add powdered sugar and pulse until combined.
- Mix in 1 cup of peanut butter, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- Chill the base in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the remaining peanut butter until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate again for about 3-4 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
