- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mix
- 2½ cups cold milk
- Additional whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Lemon Oreos with melted butter, then press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
- For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk instant lemon pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
