Ingredients
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and drizzle olive oil over each piece.
- Generously rub Traeger Fin & Feather rub on both sides of the chicken.
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Place the seasoned chicken on the smoker grates and smoke for about 60 minutes.
- Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Baste each breast with melted unsalted butter for extra moisture once cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and garnishing with fresh parsley.
