- 1 large egg

- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup candied pineapple
- ¼ cup dates
- ½ cup red candied cherries
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently mix in the green and red candied cherries, pecans, walnuts, pineapple, and dates until evenly distributed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a tray.
