- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ⅛ cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½–1 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and sour cream until smooth.
- Grease two loaf pans and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Divide the batter evenly between the pans and bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- For the glaze, combine powdered sugar, melted butter, almond extract, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled loaves.
