- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 cup mini vegan marshmallows
- 24 bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly.
- Cut the strawberries into small pieces similar in size to the mini vegan marshmallows.
- Take a bamboo skewer and thread one strawberry piece onto it.
- Add one mini vegan marshmallow followed by one blueberry.
- Repeat until each skewer is filled or all ingredients are used.
- Cover with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
