- 2 pounds strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 large tub (16 oz) cool whip, thawed
- 4 cups mini vegan marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare the berries by removing stems and cutting strawberries into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla extract, salt, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the cool whip until well combined, then gently incorporate the remaining cool whip.
- Fold in the prepared strawberries, blueberries, and mini vegan marshmallows.
- Transfer to a resealable container and chill for at least one hour before serving.
